Gordon’s Silicon Lemon

This gin only launched in March this year and instantly became popular and is a blend of perfect flavours that offers a zesty taste and offers a ‘Mediterranean twist’ on the classic gin. This gin is best served with tonic and a slice of lemon to really enhance the zesty taste.
The Lakes Elderflower Gin

Bloom Jasmine and Rose Gin

This gin is made up of a combination of jasmine flowers from East Asia and rose petals from Morocco to give this gin a smooth and floral taste which gives pink gin a completely different taste. This gin is best served with Fentimans rose lemonade; this really enhances the taste of the rose petals, which is perfect on a hot summers day
Whitley Neill Blackberry Gin

This gin is perfect for those who love a real fruity taste as it contains a combination of blackcurrants and traditional botanicals. This gin is best served with ice and tonic water to make the juiciest gin and tonic.
Gordon’s Gin was first introduced in 1769 by Alexander Gordon. This brand’s Dry gin is the best selling in the world from London. Since the late 19th century, Gordons gin has been the best-selling gin in the United Kingdom.
Gordon’s pink gin is inspired by a recipe that dates to the 1880’s. It’s a perfect blend of raspberries and strawberries which gives this gin its natural sweetness which is mixed with redcurrant to give it a slight tangy taste to it.
Tasting Notes
When tasting this gin, you are instantly hit with the refreshing fruity taste of the combination of fruits which this gin contains, this gin is best served with tonic water and ice. However, this gin goes amazingly well with a splash of lemonade and prosecco, also by adding chopped strawberries to garnish, to enhance the strawberry.
First launching their gins in 2014, Zymurgorium have grown in numbers and quality and became Manchester’s first ever craft distillery. Zymurgorium is a merger of the words zymurgy and emporium. They are very proud to come from Manchester and carry the worker bee symbol as their logo which is associated with the city.

Launched back in 2018, this gin has taken on the market by storm due to being so unique with the glittery shimmer. The bottle that it comes in is beautiful as it captures the glitter and it is so sparkly.

This gin is perfect for those with a sweet tooth, this is as it is made up of a combination of marshmallow, vanilla and marzipan flavouring. The shade of pink reminds of candy floss. The best way to drink this gin is with ice and lemonade with a strawberry to garnish. Once this gin has been poured, swirl the drink around and capture the full beauty that it conveys.

February’s Gin of the Month is………………….. Zymurgorium Sweet Violet Gin
Zymurgorium is brewed in Manchester and uses the distinctive worker bee as their logo which is associated with the city. The brand Zymurgorium was created by Aaron Darke, who has had a passion for all thing Gin since he was studying at university and started out by brewing for his friends by using unique flavourings, things which rarely had been used in a Gin before to create flavours which were new and exciting.
The distinctive purple colour of this gin instantly makes you recognise this gin and it instantly makes you recognise the similarity to the viola flower.
The brand that this gin belongs to is well known for their unique flavours and with this gin, if you are a fan of the sweet parma violets then this gin will instantly become one of your favourites, this is as this gin is well known for triggering nostalgia amongst those who drink it of when they were younger and would eat the sweets on the way home from school.
The best way to serve this gin is with lemonade and ice for those who have a sweet tooth, this is as the lemonade blends well with the gin to enhance the taste of the parma violet, if you don’t really have much of a sweet tooth, then this gin isn’t recommended.

When launched last summer, this gin took the market by storm as Kopparberg expanded their fruit cider portfolio by introducing a brand-new gin. This gin is the second one that they have introduced after the Strawberry and Lime. The same botanicals of lemon zest, juniper and coriander but this offers a combination of raspberry and blackcurrant to create the perfect refreshing drink, that is perfect for the summer.
Beefeater Blood Orange

This gin tastes just as vibrant as it does in colour, if you love the taste of orange, then this gin is perfect for you as this contains a mix of premium gin with blood orange. This gin was first introduced back in 1876 when the founder James Burrough handpicked oranges from the Covent Garden Market in London to make an orange Gin.
Mrs Cuthbert’s Victoria Sponge Cake
