All the gins that are featured in this segment will definitely be worth a try if you already haven’t done, this is as they will all vary in flavour and are all very different, in their own special way.

Zymurgorium Sweet Violet Gin

Zymurgorium is brewed in Manchester and uses the distinctive worker bee as their logo which is associated with the city. The brand Zymurgorium was created by Aaron Darke, who has had a passion for all thing Gin since he was studying at university and started out by brewing for his friends by using unique flavourings, things which rarely had been used in a Gin before to create flavours which were new and exciting.

The distinctive purple colour of this gin instantly makes you recognise this gin and it instantly makes you recognise the similarity to the viola flower.

The brand that this gin belongs to is well known for their unique flavours and with this gin, if you are a fan of the sweet parma violets then this gin will instantly become one of your favourites, this is as this gin is well known for triggering nostalgia amongst those who drink it of when they were younger and would eat the sweets on the way home from school.

The best way to serve this gin is with lemonade and ice for those who have a sweet tooth, this is as the lemonade blends well with the gin to enhance the taste of the parma violet, if you don’t really have much of a sweet tooth, then this gin isn’t recommended.
